E-POSTERS SESSIONS

For attendees

During JOBIM2020 will be held the presentations of e-posters, electronic version of the classic posters. The e-posters will be available throughout the conference on a dedicated page. To facilitate navigation, the e-posters will be sorted by theme.

Three poster sessions have been scheduled over the 3 days of the conference:

• Tuesday 30/06 - 4:30-5:30 pm
• Wednesday 01/07 - 10:00-11:00 am
• Thursday 02/07 - 10:00-11:00 am

Each e-poster will be associated with a videoconference room. With the connection link, you will be able to freely go to the room of the poster you are interested in and discuss (directly or by chat) with the authors.

For the authors

Please make yourself available during the three poster sessions. Be connected 5 min before the session.

Please make sure to fill in the theme of your poster before June 14th on the easychair website.

At the same time, remember to submit your presentation in PDF before June 21st on the JOBIM2020 seafile submission platform (see email sent). The submitted document should be named "poster_[easychairID].pdf" (for example "poster_4.pdf" for the poster corresponding to submission 4 on easychair).

The formats accepted are:

• "classic" format (i.e. all the information on the same page). A landscape layout will be more suitable for screen reading than an A0 portrait format.
• "slideshow" format corresponds to the classic presentation format with a limit of 5 slides maximum.

Be careful, it is one format or the other but not both!

Check the quality of the images and choose a font size that is visible in full screen mode.
